We are hiring experienced Reach Truck Operators for our advanced logistics facility in Durham, North Carolina. This role is critical for efficient inventory management and movement within our high-density storage areas. Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently to move, stack, and retrieve materials.
- Navigate narrow aisles and operate at elevated heights.
- Perform daily inspections of the reach truck and report any maintenance needs.
- Accurately record inventory movements and locations.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety rules and regulations.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, and order picking when not operating the reach truck.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, crucial for logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- Valid certification and proven experience operating a reach truck.
- Proficiency in warehouse Safety procedures.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting when required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
