Join our expanding team in Sacramento, California, as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to support our daily logistics and fulfillment operations. Your duties will include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from shelves, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. This role requires physical stamina, including regular Lifting, and a strong commitment to Safety. Adherence to all company Safety protocols and the correct use of PPE is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves and into designated storage areas.
- Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare orders for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free work environment.
- Follow all Safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Wear and properly use all assigned PPE at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory principles.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and stand for long periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed.
- Experience with pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Must be compliant with all Safety regulations and willing to wear required PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
