Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Raleigh, North Carolina! We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to assist in various warehouse operations, including receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping. This role is fundamental to our logistics success, ensuring that our warehouse runs efficiently and that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You will work in a dynamic environment where safety and teamwork are paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Identify and report any damages or discrepancies in inventory.
- Follow all instructions and procedures for warehouse operations.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve warehouse goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
