Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and contribute to maintaining inventory integrity.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Strictly adhere to all company Safety policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
- Participate in team discussions to improve warehouse logistics and operational efficiency.
- Perform tasks involving consistent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a cohesive team. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Physical capability to perform tasks including standing, walking, and frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs. A strong understanding of Safety best practices and a commitment to a secure workplace. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems are advantageous.
