Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and speed.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including proper labeling and documentation.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified).
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Wear appropriate PPE as required for specific tasks.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Participate in team meetings focused on improving warehouse logistics and efficiency.
- Perform tasks involving consistent Lifting of goods up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, and frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs. A strong commitment to Safety and a desire to work in a secure environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems are beneficial.
