Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues.
- Stock received inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization.
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders or internal requests.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Wear and properly utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) throughout your shift.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Must be comfortable with lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics concepts is beneficial.
- A proactive approach to safety and adherence to all guidelines.
