Join our bustling warehouse in Minneapolis, Minnesota as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for dedicated individuals to efficiently pick and pack orders for shipment. This role is essential to our Logistics operations, ensuring our customers receive their products accurately and on time. You will be responsible for interpreting pick lists, accurately locating items within the warehouse, and securely packaging them for transit. Attention to detail is key to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. The Picker/Packer will also assist with inventory counts and maintaining a clean and organized work area. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to upholding high standards of quality and efficiency. Regular Lifting of items up to 30 pounds is expected, and adherence to all Safety protocols is mandatory. You will be required to wear provided PPE , including safety shoes and gloves. Training will be provided on our warehouse management system and packing procedures.
