We are seeking motivated Picker/Packers to join our San Antonio, Texas fulfillment team. This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from inventory and preparing them for shipment in a busy warehouse setting. Success in this position requires a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to workplace Safety. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelving according to customer orders, utilizing RF scanners.
- Verify order accuracy and ensure all picked items match the order details.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly and stage them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform quality control checks on packed orders.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment as needed.
- May involve some Lifting of items weighing up to 35 lbs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Familiarity with RF scanning devices is a plus.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Knowledge of Logistics operations is beneficial.
