Job Summary:
We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate in Durham, North Carolina to play a key role in our warehouse operations. This position is fundamental to ensuring that orders are accurately and efficiently processed, from receipt to shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Our logistics network relies on dedicated individuals like you to maintain the flow of goods and meet customer demands. We prioritize a safe working environment and provide comprehensive training on all procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE. This role requires physical stamina, with a significant amount of standing, walking, and lifting involved. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications using RF scanners or other devices.
  • Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and adherence to shipping carrier guidelines.
  • Conduct inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Utilize provided PPE consistently and correctly during all warehouse activities.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet and exceed productivity targets.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the fulfillment process.
  • Participate in regular safety training and contribute to a culture of safety awareness.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment setting is advantageous. Must be able to perform regular lifting of up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent bending, stooping, and standing. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and utilizing PPE. Understanding of basic warehouse procedures and inventory control is a plus.
