Join our expanding team as a Fulfillment Associate in Jacksonville, Florida! This position is vital to our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be involved in all aspects of order fulfillment, from picking and packing to shipping. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using scanners and other technology.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Process orders through our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Receive and stock incoming inventory, organizing shelves and storage areas.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
- Perform tasks requiring consistent Lifting and physical dexterity.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of Lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to following Safety instructions and procedures.
