We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Worker to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position is fundamental to the smooth operation of our facility, contributing directly to our Logistics and supply chain management. As a Warehouse Worker, your duties will encompass a wide range of tasks, including receiving goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. Ensuring a safe working environment is a top priority, and all team members are expected to adhere to rigorous Safety standards and utilize the appropriate PPE . This role demands physical activity, such as standing for extended periods, walking throughout the warehouse, and regular Lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, possess strong attention to detail, and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial, but we are prepared to train dedicated individuals. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory.
- Sort and place inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks and other vehicles.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- Follow all company Safety protocols and guidelines.
- Wear and use all required PPE properly.
- Support the efficiency of our overall Logistics processes.
- Must be capable of frequent Lifting and moving of materials.
