Join our dynamic warehouse team in the heart of San Francisco, California, as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to contribute to our efficient logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks such as receiving and unloading shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. You will operate various warehouse equipment, including hand trucks and pallet jacks, to move materials throughout the facility. A strong understanding of warehouse procedures and a commitment to safety are essential for this role. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow all established safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting and physical exertion. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize warehouse goods.
- Pick and pack orders accurately.
- Prepare orders for shipping.
- Operate material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and use required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety procedures is required.
