Join our Cincinnati, Ohio team as a Material Handler! We need a reliable individual to manage the movement of materials within our warehouse. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting, organizing, and storing various goods and materials. This role is crucial for maintaining the flow of products through our facility, supporting our overall Logistics operations. You will operate material handling equipment and play a key role in ensuring the workspace is clean, organized, and safe. A strong commitment to following all Safety protocols is mandatory. Your daily tasks will include loading and unloading trucks, moving items to and from storage areas, and assisting with inventory counts. We value teamwork and encourage a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience with forklifts and other heavy machinery is a plus, but not always required as training is available for specific equipment. This is a physically demanding position that requires stamina and the ability to work effectively in a warehouse setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Transport materials to and from designated areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
- Organize and store materials in appropriate locations.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding Safety .
- Properly use and maintain all required PPE .
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support the smooth operation of our Logistics chain.
