We are seeking experienced Distribution Center Associates for our San Francisco, California location. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive and process incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with high accuracy.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain inventory integrity through cycle counting and record-keeping.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with Safety standards.
  • Follow all Safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Load and unload trailers efficiently and securely.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the logistics framework.
  • Execute tasks involving manual Lifting with proper body mechanics and Safety awareness.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment. Proven ability to operate warehouse machinery. Capable of performing significant physical duties, including frequent Lifting up to 50 pounds. Strong understanding of Safety procedures and regulatory compliance. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with logistics and supply chain principles. Must be reliable and possess a strong work ethic.
