Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick and prepare items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse storage areas.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
- Participate in inventory counts and help maintain stock accuracy.
- Follow instructions diligently and work effectively within a team.
- Understand the requirements for safe Lifting and material handling.
- Support the overall logistics flow of the warehouse.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to perform manual labor, including significant Lifting up to 45 pounds. Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is advantageous. Strong work ethic and reliability. Knowledge of basic warehouse operations. Commitment to workplace Safety. Ability to work in a team and follow directions. Basic understanding of inventory management concepts. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
