Join our rapidly growing logistics team as a Distribution Center Associate in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a versatile role where you will contribute to various aspects of our warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Sort and organize inventory, stocking shelves and designated storage areas.
- Accurately pick products based on order fulfillment requirements.
- Pack orders securely for safe transit, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch and load onto transport vehicles.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Follow all safety procedures diligently, including the correct use of PPE.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and other related tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different warehouse functions.
