We are looking for energetic and reliable Picker/Packers to join our bustling warehouse in Orlando, Florida. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently prepared for dispatch. Your primary duties will involve locating, selecting, and packing a wide variety of products according to specific order requirements. You will utilize handheld scanners and pick lists to ensure precision and speed. This position requires physical dexterity and stamina, including walking, standing for extended periods, and careful lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Maintaining a safe work environment is paramount; therefore, adherence to all company safety policies and the mandatory use of provided PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) are expected. We aim to foster a supportive and productive atmosphere where teamwork and individual contributions are valued. Comprehensive training on our systems, procedures, and safety protocols will be provided. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include: accurately picking items from warehouse shelves using order documentation, verifying picked items against order details, carefully packing products into appropriate boxes or containers to ensure safe transit, applying shipping labels and completing necessary paperwork, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and assisting with other warehouse tasks as needed.
