Join our energetic warehouse team in Nashville, Tennessee as a Warehouse Worker. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our distribution center and plays a key part in our overall logistics success. You will be involved in a variety of tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. We prioritize a safe and secure working environment, so adherence to all safety guidelines, proper lifting techniques, and consistent use of PPE are essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures meticulously.
- Wear and properly use all required personal protective equipment (PPE ).
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse operational tasks as needed.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of our Logistics operations.
- Practice safe Lifting techniques to prevent injury and product damage.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to adhere to all Safety standards and wear appropriate PPE .
- Physical capability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of Logistics processes is beneficial.
