How you'll make an impact
How You’ll Make an Impact:
  • Coordinate a diverse portfolio of occupational pension schemes, including DB, DC, and Hybrid pensions, with precision and efficiency.
  • Manage the full pension lifecycle, performing both automated and manual calculations.
  • Draft correspondence and reports, run pensioner payrolls, and support the client relationship group.  
  • Provide outstanding service to scheme members, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Liaise with scheme members through various channels, addressing queries and providing solutions.
  • Assist the Team Leader and Client Executive team as needed, contributing to a cohesive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and build positive relationships with supporting teams.

About You

We are seeking professionals with experience in managing defined contribution pension schemes. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Accuracy in data processing that is outstanding.  
  • Excellent communication skills, especially when interacting with clients.

A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude are also vital for success in this position.
