We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our distribution center, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with inventory management, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Ensure proper handling of all materials to prevent damage.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, especially those related to Safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting, up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic inventory control principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Adherence to all Safety regulations and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Understanding of basic Logistics principles is beneficial.
