We are looking for a versatile and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our team in Detroit, Michigan! In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of our warehouse operations, contributing directly to the efficiency of our logistics and supply chain. Your responsibilities will span from receiving and stocking goods to order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. A strong focus on accuracy, speed, and maintaining a safe working environment is essential. All team members are required to use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure their safety. This position involves physical tasks, including regular Lifting of items up to 45 lbs, and requires you to be on your feet for extended periods. You will be part of a collaborative team working towards common goals in a dynamic warehouse setting. We are committed to operational excellence and providing a secure and productive atmosphere for all employees involved in our logistics. Essential tasks include:
- Receiving and checking incoming inventory.
- Stocking and organizing products within the warehouse.
- Accurately picking items for customer orders.
- Packing orders securely for shipment.
- Preparing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (training provided).
- Assisting with inventory management and cycle counts.
