Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This position is fundamental to our logistics operations, requiring a proactive approach to managing goods within our facility. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping. A commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork is paramount for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming materials and products.
  • Inspect shipments for damage and accuracy against purchase orders.
  • Organize and stock inventory in designated areas, maintaining an orderly warehouse.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders and prepare them for shipment.
  • Pack goods carefully to ensure they arrive at their destination undamaged.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers as needed.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely (certification may be required).
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company and OSHA regulations.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
  • Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure personal and team safety.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform continuous physical labor, including Lifting up to 60 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse procedures and logistics.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when required.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Prior experience as a warehouse worker is preferred.
  • Understanding and adherence to all safety protocols is crucial.
