*Position Overview*
*We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of installation experience (preferred), with the ability to install, replace, and service residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.*
*Responsibilities*
* *Install, replace, and retrofit heating and cooling systems (furnaces, heat pumps, AC units, ductwork, etc.).*
* *Perform start-ups, testing, and quality checks on new installations.*
* *Ensure compliance with all codes, safety standards, and company policies.*
* *Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.*
* *Communicate with customers professionally and provide a positive service experience.*
* *Work with installation crews and coordinate with dispatch and service managers.*
*Qualifications*
* *3+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred (will consider less with strong skills).*
* *EPA Certification required (Universal preferred).*
* *Knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.*
* *Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.*
* *Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.*
* *Strong problem-solving and communication skills.*
* *Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a variety of environments (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors).*

Salary range: *$65,000 – $100,000 annually* (based on experience)
