Casa Juani, a vibrant new Spanish restaurant, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Sommelier to join our culinary journey. We are committed to excellence and believe that integrity starts with our carefully selected ingredients and meticulous care in our craft.

As a key member of our team, the Lead Sommelier will lead the wine program within the guest dining experience, providing exceptional service and ensuring an unforgettable experience for every guest. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of food and wine pairings, excellent interpersonal skills, and a professional demeanor.

• Oversee the receiving and updating of our wine menu, as well as training staff on wine pairing recommendations.
• Supervise wine serving, collaborate with the rest of the wine team, and maintain the health of the wine program.
• Maintain sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, and sanitation through training employees and creating a positive working environment.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in wine service within fine dining or elevated wine settings.
• Extensive knowledge of all aspects of winegrowing, wine production, wine styles, and regional wine laws pertaining to classic regions from around the world.
• Wine certifications preferred.
