What You Will Do: As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the liaison between the Company and the customer. You will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries
keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions and/or alternative Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing any customers, as needed Connects very quickly; builds and leverages client relationships.
