We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Expert to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced cook with strong leadership qualities, refined technique, and a deep respect for product.
This position requires 4+ years of professional kitchen experience , including prior experience as a Chef de Partie. A Michelin-starred or fine-dining background is preferred . The ideal candidate will have strong butchery skills, including protein breakdown and portioning.
