Personalized Service Associate

The position of Personalized Service Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. This highly skilled individual will be responsible for inspecting, preparing, and coordinating suites for guests to meet their specific needs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to understand the unique stories and preferences of each guest. They will also be required to set the stage for a memorable guest experience with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

• Maintain accurate property information through daily use of talent portal, email, and other forms of communication


• Prepare suite prior to guest arrival and coordinate room service setup with special requirements guests may have


• Provide food and beverage service to designated suites; coordinate orders with Room Service Manager on duty to ensure proper order is given and received


• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure that rooms are kept in superior condition at all times


• Maintain butler pantry and equipment to be kept up to company standards

The following qualifications are necessary for this role:

• High School Diploma or GED required


• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required


• One year of prior relevant experience as a Butler, or in food and beverage as a fine dining server or bartender, is preferred


• Bilingual in Korean or Chinese is a preferred skill
