Server Team Member

Burl Evanston, a new wood-fired restaurant in the Central Street Merchant District of Evanston, Illinois, is seeking an experienced Full-Time Server Assistant to join their opening team.

This role supports servers and the dining room while providing warm interactions with guests throughout their visit. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with pre-service preparations, greeting tables, and clearing and resetting tables efficiently.

• Minimum of 1 year's experience working in a fast-paced full service restaurant


• Passion for excellent service standards and positive attitude


• Must have open availability including evenings & weekends


• Strong interpersonal & communication skills


• Ability to multitask and stay composed in high-volume environments


• Able to frequently lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
