Supervise Hourly Associates to Ensure Policy Compliance

The ideal candidate will supervise hourly staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include maintaining product cost and labor costs, supervising and training staff, and providing consistent service during peak hours.

• Assist in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
• Maintain product cost and labor cost according to established guidelines.
• Supervise and train hourly staff to ensure policy and procedure implementation.
• Provide consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
• Follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
