Become a vital part of our St. Louis, Missouri warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker! We are seeking energetic individuals to contribute to the daily operations of our distribution center. Your duties will encompass a wide range of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, and packing and prepping orders for shipment. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that products move smoothly from our facility to our customers. The ideal candidate is reliable, possesses a strong work ethic, and is comfortable performing physical tasks. You'll be expected to maintain a clean and safe working environment, operate warehouse equipment with care, and adhere to all company safety guidelines. This position requires a commitment to teamwork and efficiency. We are looking for individuals who can contribute to a positive and productive atmosphere. Prior warehouse experience is beneficial, but not required for all candidates. We provide comprehensive training for all new hires. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Load trucks for outgoing shipments.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals.
- Ensure accurate documentation for all warehouse activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including consistent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
- Familiarity with using RF scanners is beneficial.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to following all safety regulations and using PPE.
