This position plays a vital role in managing and maintaining the accuracy of our warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring that our inventory data is up-to-date and reliable. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and report any low stock items.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines, including proper Lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Support the logistics team with inventory-related tasks.
- Generate inventory reports as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar warehouse role.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
