Job Summary:
Our Fort Worth, Texas logistics center is seeking a certified Forklift Operator to join our skilled team. This position is critical for the safe and efficient movement of goods within our distribution facility. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials and products. Your expertise in forklift operation, coupled with a strong commitment to Safety, will ensure the smooth flow of our logistics operations. We are looking for experienced, reliable, and safety-conscious individuals.
Responsibilities:
  • Safely operating forklifts to move pallets, merchandise, and materials within the warehouse.
  • Loading and unloading trucks and trailers efficiently.
  • Transporting goods to and from designated areas such as storage, production, or shipping docks.
  • Performing daily pre-operation inspections of forklifts and reporting any issues.
  • Stacking and organizing inventory accurately in designated locations.
  • Assisting with inventory counts and stocktaking as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly work area, free from hazards.
  • Adhering strictly to all company safety policies, including the proper use of PPE and safe operating procedures.
  • Supporting overall warehouse operations and logistics as required.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid forklift operator certification and a proven track record of safe operation.
  • Previous experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or logistics environment is essential.
  • Ability to perform tasks involving moderate Lifting and physical dexterity.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Reliability and punctuality are a must.
