Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Operate manual and powered equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area according to OSHA and company standards.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and mandatory PPE usage.
- Identify and report any operational issues, damages, or potential safety hazards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet productivity targets and ensure efficient logistics flow.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is beneficial but not required.
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Capacity to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Dedication to workplace safety, including consistent use of provided PPE.
- Understanding of basic logistics processes.
