We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will be an integral part of our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure correct item counts.
- Label and stage shipments for outgoing delivery.
- Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks to move inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory control principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE .
