We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Picker/Packers in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will include picking items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications and then carefully packing them for shipment. This position requires a keen eye for detail to minimize errors and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will work collaboratively with other warehouse staff to achieve daily targets and contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. We prioritize the safety of our employees and provide all necessary training and PPE . Successful candidates will be comfortable with physical tasks including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs. This role is a key component of our supply chain, ensuring our products reach our customers in excellent condition.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated locations.
- Inspect items for quality before packing.
- Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Label packages correctly for transit.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety procedures.
- Contribute to team goals and warehouse objectives.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment.
- Understand and follow instructions related to order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable with manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the proper use of PPE .
- Experience with Logistics processes is beneficial.
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks.
- Physical ability to handle Lifting requirements.
