We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to support our operations in St. Louis, Missouri. This role is fundamental to the efficient functioning of our distribution center, involving a variety of essential tasks. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment, contributing directly to our supply chain's success. A strong commitment to teamwork, productivity, and workplace **Safety** is essential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company and develop skills in the **Logistics** sector.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and products.
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report as needed.
- Stock shelves and designated areas with incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with efficiency and precision.
- Prepare finished orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification might be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the warehouse.
- Follow all company **Safety** policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE .
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Contribute to overall team goals and assist other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent standing, walking, and frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Commitment to adhering to all safety guidelines.
