*Your Role*
As a *Co-Director of Nursing*, you will work in partnership with another nurse leader to:
* Provide shared leadership for the administration and management of Nursing Services, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
* Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that encourages collaboration, open communication, and staff empowerment.
* Mentor and support nursing team members, promoting professional growth while enhancing resident quality of life.
* Participate in shared clinical oversight, problem-solving, and leadership planning—never feeling isolated in the role.
*What We’re Looking For*
We are seeking a nurse leader who brings:
* A genuine passion for serving seniors and making a lasting impact.
* A collaborative, energetic, and flexible leadership style.
* Current RN licensure; prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (LTC/SNF) preferred.
* A desire to grow into or continue in leadership *without the pressure of a traditional, solo DON role*.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
