Talent Acquisition professional
to join our team in
Addison, IL . In this role, youll drive recruitment efforts for our
Industrial Sales teams , partnering closely with leaders to attract and hire top talent. Youll be part of a high-performing recruiting team that plays a visible, strategic role in the companys success. Please note this role is ONSITE in Addison, IL Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of recruiting experience , ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organization skills, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to learn and leverage an
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) . A
hunter mentality
with a competitive drive for successboth individually and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree. Prior experience recruiting industrial sales professionals in a similar industry is a great plus! Agency recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting in
industrial, manufacturing, or distribution
settings. Familiarity with advanced sourcing tools such as
LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo , or similar platforms. Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance in recruiting.
