We have grown stronger through more than 40 financial crises by rethinking the world around us to provide a fresh investment perspective for our clients.Reporting directly to the head of Technology & Operations (T&O), the Strategy & Transformation Office is pivotal in defining and driving the strategic direction and roadmap for the unit. As a Strategy Manager, you will lead and execute complex strategic initiatives, influence organizational design, and manage cost-effectiveness to support the long-term goals of a leading banking services provider.YOUR MISSIONDevelop and drive the strategic agenda for the T&O organization, ensuring alignment with group-wide ambitions.Lead cross-departmental initiatives, including the formulation of strategies and multi-year transformation roadmaps in collaboration with department heads.Shape the target operating model (incl. organizational structure and processes) to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the unitImplement and manage cost control measures and strategies to maximize value and return on investment.Evaluate and integrate emerging trends and technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.Act as a change agent, promoting and guiding the adoption of new methods and practices across T&O teams.Continuously challenge and refine existing processes and ways of working to drive improvement and innovation.Contribute to shaping the future direction and service offerings of the T&O organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.YOUR PROFILEUniversity degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent academic/work experience.5-7 years of experience in consulting, financial services, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in wealth management.Proven experience in IT strategy development, organizational design, target operating model definition, and cost management.Strong analytical and structured approach, with the ability to synthesize complex topics and communicate them effectively to senior stakeholders.Proficiency in MS Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel, with a strong ability to create compelling presentations and reports.Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).Located in Switzerland or willing to relocate.WHAT WE OFFERA dynamic environment that encourages self-starting and entrepreneurial thinking.A collaborative culture with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.An employee investment account with preferential conditions.A wide range of cultural and sporting activities.Flexible working hours.Our Maison’s DNA is defined by five core values.
