Prepared Foods Team Member

We are seeking a dynamic team player to join our Prepared Foods team as a member. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

• Food Preparation: Cut, prepare, and serve hot and cold foods, including meats, cheeses, sandwiches, burritos, wraps, salads, and pizza.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answer phones and pages promptly, and model suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintaining the Environment: Maintain a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment, including rotating stock and ensuring accurate signage and pricing.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, meet customer needs, and maintain a positive company image.

• Candidate Requirements: No prior retail experience required; ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills and Qualifications: Strong attention to detail, effective time management and organization skills, ability to deliver information in a clear and respectful manner, and a passion for natural foods.
• Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training preferred.
