Front of House Ambassador

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Host to provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and manage the waiting list as necessary.
• Provide menus and answer initial questions from guests.
• Seat guests at tables and assign them to their preferred seats while ensuring table rotation.
• Engage with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their food and service.
• Respond to complaints and help resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and people skills are required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and working collaboratively with all restaurant staff is crucial.

Physical Requirements:
