We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Director to oversee the restaurant floor and ensure seamless service delivery. As a leader and mentor, you will guide our front-of-house staff in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience as a successful manager, preferably in fine dining restaurants with Michelin experience. Knowledge of Italian food and wine is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service standards.
- Oversight of guest reservations and pacing of seating and order placement.
- Direct areas of focus to the service team and coordinate breaks.
- Assist the service team as needed and check-in with all guests.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years' experience as a successful manager.
- Previous fine dining restaurant experience required.
- Micheelin experience preferred.
- Knowledge and previous experience with Italian food and wine highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and advanced computer and POS literacy.
- Extensive experience training staff.
