Nick & Sons Gourmet Market is a local favorite in Manhattan Beach, built on great food, great people, and real hospitality. We're looking for a Store Manager who loves running a tight ship, connecting with guests, and having fun while doing it.

  Keeping the store clean, organized, and running smoothly

  Restocking and organizing shelves

  Labeling products and making sure everything looks sharp

  Managing inventory and placing orders

  Processing invoices and vendor paperwork

• 
  

  Leading by example and supporting the team

• 
  

  Connecting with guests and creating a welcoming, guest-first experience

• 
  

  2+ years of experience in a grocery store or similar retail environment

• 
  

  Someone who's organized, dependable, and on time

• 
  

  A natural people person who enjoys talking with guests

• 
  

  High standards for cleanliness and presentation

• 
  

  A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
