What you'll do:
The Packer/Driver position will be responsible for the following:
- Arrive and leave on time, and clock in/out accordingly at CB Larchmont
- Assist with packing bake off for delivery to EP and HP
- Deliver bake off to EP and HP
- Follow break policies
- Assist with organizing and unpacking deliveries in kitchen, walk-in and pantry space
- Assist with labeling and receiving all food according to SOP set by upper management
- Ensure that pre-packaged foods are labeled before 8 am daily
- Use the requisition sheet properly to know the proper amount of food is being packed and delivered
- Use proper dating and labeling following procedures
- Complete assigned deliveries and pick-ups and receiving of products
- Assist with kitchen production, organization and upkeep
- Operates company vehicles in a professional, safe, and courteous manner
- Picks up and delivers products, collects invoices
- Ensures vehicles are clean and in good working condition
- Performs vehicle inspections and reports issues to management
- Cares and maintains for company vehicles and reports issues to management
- Clean and properly store all dishes, glasses, silverware and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of dish station, kitchen, walk-in, prep areas, common areas and bathrooms following daily checklists
- Deep clean dish station, kitchen, walk-in, prep areas, bathrooms
- Taking out garbage and recycling throughout the shift for the line and prep kitchen
- Breaking down all boxes and stacking all market crates
- Use proper dating and labeling following procedures
- Upkeeping and understanding high standards for food quality control to uphold Food Safety Standards
- Respecting the facility - picking up trash, cleaning up after yourself, taking the initiative to clean, finishing your sidework, letting managers know if anything is in disrepair
- Working with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment and work in a timely and efficient manner
- Good communication with managers on daily needs
- Upkeeping Sanitation and Cleaning standards following procedures and using proper checklists
- Assisting with stocking the pantry shelves and refrigerators

- Maintain a positive, team-oriented, respectful mentality
- Dress appropriately every day for work
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
