We are hiring a Receiving Clerk for our busy warehouse in Miami, Florida. If you have a sharp eye for detail and enjoy a hands-on role, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As a Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of all incoming shipments. Your duties will include unloading deliveries, verifying the contents against invoices and purchase orders, inspecting for damages, and properly documenting all received goods. This role is a critical part of our Logistics chain, ensuring that our inventory is accurately recorded and available for operations. Maintaining a safe work environment is our top priority. You will be required to wear appropriate PPE at all times and follow all company Safety regulations. The role involves moderate Lifting of items, typically up to 40 lbs. Responsibilities include: Unloading incoming freight from trucks and trailers. Inspecting goods for damage and discrepancies. Accurately verifying received items against shipping documents. Entering receiving data into the inventory system. Storing received items in appropriate warehouse locations. Maintaining organized receiving and storage areas. Communicating with vendors and internal departments regarding shipments. Adhering to all Safety procedures and wearing required PPE to ensure a secure workplace. Supporting the broader Logistics team with accurate inventory data.
