Kwik Trip has an excellent opportunity for a Graphic Designer. This individual will focus on marketing Kwik Trip, Inc.'s 900+ convenience stores. This individual will create and prepare advertising, packaging, sales, and promotional materials to enhance and further retail sales, goals, and maintain Kwik Trip's proper corporate graphic identity and standards. The Graphic Designer's primary responsibilities will be the creation, development, and execution of high-quality visual designs across multiple platforms. This role combines creative vision with technical precision, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and production requirements. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with strong conceptual skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Regular tasks: Create accurate and eye-catching marketing campaign materials, which includes advertising, signage, brochures, packaging, POS displays, presentations, billboards, and specialty pieces for the company and its subsidiaries Uphold corporate identity and standards Participate in project meetings to discuss design concepts and building layouts Produce in-house promotion and support materials for internal use and projects Qualifications: Associate degree with a minimum of at least six years of marketing/graphic design experience Knowledge of macOS operating systems Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign/Acrobat, Photoshop, etc.) to create and move large variety of art and data files Knowledge of other graphics, animation, and Microsoft programs, especially PowerPoint, to create, enhance, and manipulate presentations Working knowledge of transferring a variety of file formats to different design programs Skill in creating high-end graphic work with little support documentation Demonstrated high level of customer service Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Organized and detail orientated Highly self-motivated and creative Possess excellent math skills with the ability to analyze and interpret information into meaningful results Ability to identify and complete tasks without direct supervision Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines Working knowledge of photography a plus Work Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
