*Your Impact*
As Director of Clinical Services (DCS), you’ll provide visionary leadership to our clinical team—ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of care while fostering a culture of excellence and compassion. You’ll collaborate closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to enhance outcomes, streamline operations, and nurture professional growth across the agency.
*In this role, you will:*
* Oversee daily clinical operations and staff performance
* Mentor and develop field clinicians for long-term success
* Ensure compliance and survey readiness (/CHAP/CMS)
* Lead quality improvement and performance initiatives
* Partner in agency growth strategies and service line expansion
What You Bring
* Active Colorado RN License (Required)
* 4+ years of home health or hospice leadership experience
* BSN preferred; strong knowledge of CMS/Medicare regulations
* Proven ability to inspire teams and manage clinical programs
* Collaborative, mission-driven leadership style

Pay: $104,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
