About the Opportunity: Quality Assurance Specialist Our client, a well-established and reputable food manufacturing company, is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis. This role provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment while supporting quality control and administrative documentation functions during a team member's leave. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling a mix of administrative and quality-related tasks in a manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities of the role: Quality Assurance Specialist
Review, verify, and maintain supplier documentation for accuracy and compliance. Ensure quality assurance documentation aligns with production and product rollout requirements. Check QA forms and verify that all signatures, initials, and records are complete. Support sampling and testing processes as needed. Perform administrative tasks related to quality records, reporting, and data entry. Assist in maintaining department organization and document control systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Quality Assurance Specialist
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with documentation and recordkeeping. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel (basic level). Dependable, teachable, and able to take direction well in a fast-paced team environment.
