An exciting opportunity exists for an Order Picker at our Indianapolis, Indiana warehouse. We need efficient and accurate individuals to join our logistics team and contribute to our order fulfillment process. Your main duties will include accurately picking items for customer orders, using RF scanners, and ensuring that picked items are staged correctly for the next stage of the shipping process. This role requires physical stamina, as it involves considerable walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Safety is our highest priority; all employees receive thorough training on proper lifting techniques and the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar logistics role is advantageous but not required. You will be an integral part of our team, directly impacting customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order processing.
