Are you an organized and efficient individual looking for a Fulfillment Associate position in Indianapolis, Indiana? We are expanding our team and need motivated individuals to support our e-commerce fulfillment operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of the order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. This role requires a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and inventory management, which are critical to our **logistics** success. You will operate warehouse equipment, maintain organized work areas, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse. This position involves physical tasks such as **lifting**, moving, and standing for extended periods. We are deeply committed to workplace **safety**, and all associates must strictly follow **safety** protocols and wear appropriate **PPE** at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pick items from inventory using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required PPE diligently.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment or warehouse operations. You should possess strong organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to accuracy. Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving **logistics** hub in Indianapolis.
